What an amazing experience from start to finish.
I saw my lovely Audi Q2 on the Your Best Car Instagram page and just knew I had to have it! From my initial enquiry I was told they are an online company meaning you do everything via email and on the phone. I was initially put off by this. However, these worries were soon put aside when they explained how it worked.
Right from the start I had an email explaining exactly how they operate. Then they sent me a “Critical Appraisal video” where they actually point out any marks on your car IN ADVANCE. (Yes really). They are the most refreshing and transparent company I’ve dealt with. Incredibly honest right from the word go and I couldn’t be happy with my lovely Audi!
