Recently bought a car with Your Best Car and the entire service from start to finish was faultless. I have never seen purchasing a new car made so simple! We contacted the guys at YBC regarding a car we’d seen on auto trader and within 6 days we were driving our new (lovely) Q5 which was delivered to our door. Everyone I dealt with at YBC were great, super helpful and lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again - far better than other experiences I’ve had with any other dealerships, including Audi’s own. 100% professionalism - Oh boy, were we nervous about purchasing a car over the internet. You see more & more stories online & on the news about being aware. I saw this car advertised on auto trader and was instantly interested, we were sent spec videos, highly critical full inspection videos and supporting paperwork. We paid the deposit online, signed the legal paperwork online and paid the balance online. Jamie kept us in the loop and reassured us every step of the way. We even paid for door-to-door delivery....online! Our Porsche Macan is now sitting gleaming on our drive.
