Although I didn't end up making a purchase this time, Peter and the team were an example to many.
As a sales professional myself, I pay great attention to the way in which folk communicate and the details they go into during a negotiation. These guys know their product, do their research, are respectful of their customers but (very importantly) not afraid to lay out the facts.
The car I was considering was in excellent condition, very fairly priced, and Peter had agreed an exceedingly fair additional rate to conduct a specified (but non-essential) piece of work prior to collection had I gone ahead with the deal. I only stepped away from the deal because the diesel being offered was not ideal for my use-case, and there was a similarly specified petrol model at a competitor. I honestly wish that Peter had the petrol car at his showroom!
Based on my experience I would not hesitate to consider Your Best Car next time I'm in the market.
